Whether advising on a merger, providing financial solutions for an acquisition, or structuring an initial public offering, we handle projects that help clients at major milestones. How you will Fulfill Your Potential

Our Associates and Vice Presidents play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, leading our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.

Responsibilities include

• Help managing and structuring mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, fixed income and equity issuances
• Preparing presentations and financial models, assessing clients situations to provide the necessary financial advice and recommending strategies to meet client goals
• Help driving business development and coverage in CEE across industries and products

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s Degree and 3+ years of investment banking experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years investment banking or equivalent experience
• Strong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory role
• 2+ years’ experience in leading deal teams of analysts and associates
• History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
• A self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and the willingness to put in the required effort to exceed client expectations
• Proven strong project management and business development skills
• CEE regional expertise, with a strong preference for regional language skills
