This role will act as a strategic partner, managing key relationships, overseeing program expansion, and translating sales requirements into actionable content solutions within Seismic.

About the role

We are hiring a Content Marketing Operations Analyst to help build and scale a Content Marketing Operations discipline within a regulated asset management environment.

The position, which is part of marketing, works closely with compliance, product, technology, and distribution teams. It supports the flow of content throughout the organization — from submission and review to approval, certification, distribution, and recordkeeping — by helping to develop processes, workflows, governance, and systems. This is a unique opportunity to be at the precipice of building something foundational, helping define how teams operate and how work gets done across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing Operations Strategy & Enablement

  • Support the development and evolution of the Content Marketing Operations operating model, including workflows, governance, and standards.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to help define how teams should engage, operate, collaborate, and move work through the organization.
  • Help translate strategic objectives into practical operational frameworks, tools, and ways of working.

Process, Workflow & Governance

  • Support the design, documentation, and rollout of standardized workflows for marketing materials across marketing, compliance, and product teams.
  • Help establish clarity around roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and decision points within the content lifecycle.
  • Participate in governance forums and working groups, preparing materials, capturing decisions, and tracking actions.
  • Identify process gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and contribute to recommendations for improvement.

Systems, Tools & Operational Infrastructure

  • Support the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of workflow and project management tools.
  • Help maintain structure and hygiene within operational systems (intake forms, dashboards, documentation, reporting).
  • Partner with technology and operations teams to support workflow enhancements, automations, and integrations.
  • Assist with reporting and visibility into operational health, risks, and progress.

Stakeholder & Communication Support

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, helping structure conversations, materials, and updates related to operating model and workflow decisions.
  • Prepare PowerPoint decks, written summaries, and operational updates for leadership and cross‑functional audiences.
  • Schedule and help coordinate meetings, workshops, and working sessions across complex stakeholder groups.

Note: This role supports and enables production teams but does not manage the day‑to‑day creation or production of marketing materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing operations, content operations, project management, consulting, or a related operational role.
  • Demonstrated interest in building processes, systems, and operating models, not just executing existing ones.
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving, and highly matrixed environments.
  • Experience working with or supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Understanding of process‑driven, multi‑step workflows and governance models.
  • Comfort working across functions to define “how work gets done.”
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear messaging.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational support.

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

  • Experience in asset management, financial services, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations for marketing materials.
  • Experience with workflow or project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies, intake processes, or capacity planning.
  • Conceptual understanding of APIs, automations, or system integrations (hands‑on development not required).
  • Experience supporting operating‑model design, process improvement, or transformation initiatives.

What Success Looks Like

  • Teams have clearer, more consistent ways of working.
  • Workflows and governance models are understood, adopted, and continuously improved.
  • Stakeholders have better visibility and confidence in how content moves through the organization.
  • The Content Marketing Operations function becomes a trusted enabler of scale and efficiency.
