Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Wealth Service Specialist to join the EMEA Private Wealth Management (PWM) Capital Markets team, providing dual support to:
- Cross Markets Team (CMT): the centralized PWM resource for curated market insights, derivative structuring support, and best-in-class advice and execution across asset classes, with a focus on Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) for PWM EMEA.
- Markets Coverage Group (MCG): a high-touch, institutional-style sales coverage and investment advice team serving ultra-high net worth clients, including family offices, private investment vehicles, and select individuals.
This role sits at the intersection of client service, execution support, and front-to-back risk and control discipline. You will partner closely with Private Wealth Advisors, Sales, Trading, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to deliver a seamless client experience.
Cross Markets Team Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end trade lifecycle for FICC products, including:
- Pre-trade checks and controls
- Trade booking support and coordination
- Post-trade checks and issue resolution
- Revenue tracking and reporting
- Respond to internal and external queries related to trade activity and execution logistics, coordinating with Private Wealth Advisor teams as needed.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce manual touchpoints and improve efficiency in trading workflows.
- Best execution monitoring support, including:
- Recordkeeping and evidence gathering
- Data analysis to support periodic reviews and regulatory compliance
- Blotter management:
- Maintain, reconcile, and validate trading blotters
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of key data fields
- Risk and control:
- Follow applicable risk management policies and procedures
- Contribute to risk commentary and risk-related reporting where required
Markets Coverage Group (MCG) responsibilities
- Provide client service management and operational support for coverage clients, including:
- New account implementation
- Trade execution support
- Liquidity and cash management support
- Ongoing client and account maintenance
- Coordinate new client onboarding:
- Account opening documentation
- Required forms, disclosures, and internal approvals
- Maintain existing accounts:
- Periodic reviews
- Standing instructions
- Service requests and updates
- Support private banking service needs and cash balance oversight within accounts.
- Manage operational requests such as asset transfers, account maintenance, and other servicing workflows.
- Assist with client reporting support, including elements of portfolio performance reporting coordination.
- Help ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Anticipate issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions to reduce client impact and rework.

REQUIREMENTS
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (wealth management operations, markets support, client service, or similar).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong client service mindset with clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Front Office teams.
- High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical judgment.
- Pro Preferred
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- Understanding of onboarding, account maintenance, and account funding processes.
- Familiarity with financial instruments such as equities, options, fixed income, and credit products.
- Experience driving process efficiencies, controls enhancements, and automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- Understanding of onboarding, account maintenance, and account funding processes.
- Familiarity with financial instruments such as equities, options, fixed income, and credit products.
- Experience driving process efficiencies, controls enhancements, and automation.
