OUR IMPACT

The China Advisory team are committed to providing the world-class services to our clients from China. Our bankers play an important role in building relationships and executing transactions. The team encompasses a wide range of industry coverage, including Consumer Retail, Healthcare, Industrials, Natural Resources, Real Estate, and Technology, Media and Telecom.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITES

Our bankers play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions. Their responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing necessary financial advices by assessing clients’ situations and helping lead and manage the execution processes. You will be a key team member for all phases of domestic equity issuance (A-share placements) and international equity issuance (e.g. U.S. listings, Hong Kong listings). You will be able to source financing deals independently and will have a current client network. You will execute both domestic and international transactions.

In addition to origination and marketing, you will also be involved in:

• Due diligence
• Prospectus drafting
• Coordination of intermediaries & transaction supervision
• Financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Preparation of road show presentation and other marketing materials
• Researching industry and market
• Draft presentations to clients, regulators, etc.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• A-Share Sponsor License
• Experience in A-Share transactions and project management
• Minimum 4-10 years of investment banking or equivalent experience
• Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions
• Strong financial analytical capabilities and verbal and writing communication skills
• A proven ability to think commercially about the needs of the client
