The Private Family Office provides proactive financial counseling and full-service implementation to address the financial complexities of CEOs, founders, private equity principals and ultra-high net worth individuals and their families. Our clients value having a single point of contact to address their specific planning needs and manage their financial affairs.

Our holistic approach incorporates financial planning in several areas such as: consolidated reporting and investment review, income tax planning and review, estate planning and wealth transfer, employee benefits, risk management, philanthropic planning and cash management.

As an integral member of an advisor team, you will provide proactive support to address the financial complexities of the firm’s most strategic clients. Responsibilities include managing client data and platforms, preparing intricate financial exhibits, and overseeing tax activities such as quality control and e-filing. This role requires a self-starter with a passion for financial markets who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring an exceptional client experience through meticulous attention to detail and innovative problem-solving.

Our Impact:
The Private Family Office is designed to service the firm’s most strategic clients. Our trusted advisor teams target a client ratio of 8-12 families per advisor, allowing us to dedicate the necessary time and resources to each client’s unique financial circumstances.

We are seeking individuals who identify as quick-thinkers and self-starters with a passion to help others. Candidates should have an interest in financial planning and the desire to work in the ultra-high net worth space. We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to problem solve and can thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and client service are essential to maintaining and enhancing our business.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Reporting: Prepare and analyze comprehensive client exhibits, including personal financial statements, cash flow projections, investment allocations, and estate flowcharts.
  • Tax Lifecycle Management: Assist in the end-to-end tax process, including data gathering from third parties, tax forecasting, and managing quality control for e-filings and estimated payments.
  • Client Operations: Manage the onboarding and maintenance of client platforms, ensuring the systematic organization of fund documentation. Proactively track and schedule annual obligations, such as property taxes and interest payments, to maintain operational efficiency across all internal systems.
  • Investment Support: Proactively monitor cash balances, manage private banking services, and interface with internal groups to execute investment tasks and third-party subscriptions.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain rigorous data management standards, handle positive/negative consent tracking, and ensure all client communications meet confidentiality and regulatory requirements.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. MBA, CA, or CFA credentials preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Adobe.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with global teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems and think critically under pressure.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong multitasking skills with a relentless focus on accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
  • Proactivity: An innovative mindset with the ability to manage time independently and follow through on time-sensitive tasks.
  • Teamwork: Proven track record with cross-training, task-sharing and mutually supportive teamwork
