The Associate, Global Content Platform Strategist (Alternatives) will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the content strategy for our global marketing material platform, Seismic, with a dedicated focus on the Alternatives business. This individual will drive the evolution of our content ecosystem, ensuring that complex alternative investment materials are scalable, compliant, and effectively distributed across global sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Alternatives Content Strategy & Scalability

  • Contribute to the long-term content strategy for the Alternatives suite, ensuring alignment with capital raising cycles and institutional investor needs.
  • Manage the structural organization of complex data-heavy materials to ensure ease of use for global sales teams.
  • Continuously analyze existing Alternatives content on Seismic to identify gaps and optimize performance for specialized sales teams

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Cultivate strong relationships with Alternatives Product Specialists, Investment Teams, and Legal/Compliance to understand the nuances of private market marketing.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Alternatives content creators and the platform, ensuring feedback loops from institutional sales are integrated into content development.

Content Governance & Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the rigorous update cycles for Alternatives materials in line with expected timelines
  • Maintain strict version control and audit trails within Seismic to meet the high regulatory standards associated with marketing alternative investment vehicles.

Global Program Expansion & Adoption

  • Lead the expansion of the Alternatives content program to new regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas), incorporating localization strategies for specific private placement regimes.
  • Drive the adoption of Seismic by acting as a subject matter expert, training sales teams on how to leverage the platform for bespoke investor pitches.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content operations, or sales enablement, specifically within the Financial Services industry.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Alternative Investments (Private Equity, Real Estate, or Hedge Funds) and the specific marketing requirements for private funds.
  • Platform Skills: Proven experience working with sales enablement platforms, specifically Seismic, is highly preferred.
  • Education: Masters degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior investment professionals and legal teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to measure content engagement and inform the strategy for future fundraising collateral.
