Overview

Technology is a critical enabler of executive productivity. The Executive Office Technology team delivers a high-touch, white-glove technology experience for senior leadership, ensuring seamless access to the tools, services, and collaboration platforms they depend on every day.

As an Executive Office Technology Specialist, you will serve as a trusted technology partner to Executive Leadership, Management Committee members, and their administrative teams. You will provide hands-on support, lead incident resolution, drive adoption of new technologies, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance the executive technology experience.

This role requires exceptional customer service, technical expertise, discretion, and the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Technology Support

  • Deliver white-glove technology support to Executive Leadership and their administrative teams.
  • Own technical issues from initial engagement through resolution, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Provide support across desktop, mobile, collaboration, conferencing, telephony, and productivity platforms.
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when supporting senior executives.

Technology Enablement

  • Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to design, test, and deploy technology solutions for executive users.
  • Identify opportunities to improve executive workflows, productivity, and technology adoption.
  • Serve as an advocate for executive users by providing feedback and recommendations to engineering teams.

Collaboration & Event Support

  • Support executive meetings, boardroom technology, video conferencing, and high-profile events.
  • Provide onsite and remote support for business-critical meetings and presentations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving audio/video conferencing, collaboration platforms, and presentation technology.

Workplace & Remote Technologies

  • Install, maintain, and support workplace and remote-work technology solutions.
  • Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, telephony systems, market data platforms, and office peripherals.
  • Ensure executives can work effectively whether in-office, at home, or while traveling.

Incident & Problem Management

  • Respond rapidly to critical technology incidents affecting executive users.
  • Prioritize, escalate, and coordinate resolution efforts across multiple support and engineering teams.
  • Maintain clear communication and status updates throughout incident lifecycles.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise desktop and end-user technologies.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, VIP clients, or high-touch customer environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Windows 10/11
    • macOS
    • Microsoft 365
    • iOS and Android mobile devices
    • Laptop and desktop hardware
    • Video conferencing and collaboration technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple activities and manage shifting deadlines.
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting C-Suite executives or executive leadership teams.
  • Experience with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV conferencing systems, and event technology.
  • Experience with enterprise mobility management and endpoint management platforms.
  • Knowledge of networking, telephony, and collaboration infrastructure.
  • Experience supporting high-profile events, executive offsites, or board-level meetings.
