GLOBAL BANKING & MARKETS

We make markets in and clear client transactions on major stock, options and futures exchanges worldwide. Through our global sales force, we maintain relationships with our clients, receiving orders and distributing investment research, trading ideas, market information and analysis.

OPERATIONS

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted function that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.

YOUR IMPACT

Are you looking to sharpen your quantitative edge while mastering complex derivative products? We are seeking a professional to collaborate with traders, strategists and structurers to mitigate operational risk by ensuring appropriate trade usage and accurate trade booking, while actively engineering automated document review pipelines and data-driven dashboards.

In this role, you will act as both a core risk specialist and a technical catalyst. You will build, test, and maintain the templating architecture and validation rules that drive our automated controls, leverage AI to accelerate template generation, and build Python-based dashboards to monitor risk and workflow metrics.

OUR IMPACT

Exotic Trade Review is a high-stakes, cross product risk management team in Operations. We mitigate the risk associated with the trade booking and legal documentation of structured derivative transactions through independent and thorough review.

To scale this mission, ETR leverages a cutting-edge platform that automates the review and generation of exotic OTC trade and structured-product documents. By replacing manual document checking with a rules-driven pipeline, we compare expected outputs against actual digitized documents.

  • AI-Assisted Templating & Review: Leverage AI-driven tools and Copilot utilities to accelerate template creation, optimize code, and implement emerging AI-driven document review workflows.

  • Python & AI Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and data pipelines using Python and AI tools to track operational risk metrics, and provide transparency to senior stakeholders.

  • Validation & Logic Design: Write robust business-rule checks to validate source data.
