We are seeking a Vice President – Product Manager based in Bangalore to drive execution of the TxB Channels, focused on transforming operations tooling from fragmented, manual workflows into a unified, system-driven platform.

General Responsibilities & Qualifications

Hands-on senior VP with 10-15 years of industry experience, who is able to:

  • Understand Product vision, and collaborate with Product managers and Engineering leads to develop technical solution designs and testing strategies
  • Deliver first-class software, guide developers with SME knowledge, and use strong analytical reasoning to identify root causes of issues and propose logical solutions
  • Ensure thorough test coverage for each production release, consider both happy and unhappy scenarios, and collaborate effectively with QA team
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prioritize tasks, manage tight deadlines, and coordinate deliverables across cross-functional teams
  • Establish strong partnerships across all teams in TxB

Additional Qualifications

Programmatic Channels:

  • Technical expertise and experience of ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards across payments and cash management domains
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a focus on end-to-end global payments processes and liquidity management solutions
  • Experience with Digital Channels products, including API, host-host, and SWIFT
