Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other STEM field or equivalent practical experience
  
• 10 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or business development
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Supply chain management experience, managing foundry and OSAT suppliers for a fabless semiconductor company
  
• Experience in complex negotiations and agreements with foundry/OSAT supply base, IP licensing suppliers, and specialized agreement structures
  
• Experience in shaping and managing supply flexibility, policies, and execution to deliver to the strategic goals
  
• Experience managing suppliers, and excellent communication and presentation skills to executive audience
• Industry knowledge of fabless competitive landscape and Foundry/OSAT ecosystem and technology roadmap
  
• Understanding of semiconductor sourcing and manufacturing from prior roles, and the ability to travel up to 20% of the time
