Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
  
• Candidates will typically have 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
  
• Experience with Polish GAAP accounting principles
• Ability to communicate in Polish and English fluently

Preferred qualifications:

• Professional qualification: ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system
  
• Understanding of accounting principles, including US GAAP and related international accounting standards
  
• Collaborative style, business acumen, and ability to work with cross-functional teams at all levels
