Minimum qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales, software vendor, or a consultancy role.
  • 8 years of experience managing partnerships with GSIs or consulting firms in delivering tech-enabled transformation (or) delivering consulting services to enterprise customers as part of a consulting/professional services firm.
  • Experience in partner sales/development or managing sales through partner businesses, by working through pipeline, business, and deployment cycles with partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud platforms in Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
  • Experience advocating business software, with the ability to advocate cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Ability to navigate in ambiguous work environments in highly matrix global organizations, and positioning/driving initiatives with a multi-level organization.
  • Ability to craft a strategic vision across Business, Technology, and People.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multi-regional, dynamic team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present regularly to executive audiences.
