- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.
- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in managing pipelines for software engineers.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, work ethic, integrity, and ability to excel in a demanding environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on diplomacy.
- Consultative approach to relationship building.
- Collaborative team player with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.
