Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in risk management, crisis management, or a related field.
  
• Experience with managing escalations and crises, working with teams and executives at the same time.
  
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced familiarity with Google products, infrastructure, and types of online abuse.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
