Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in leading implementations, delivery and change efforts with regards to management consulting, business strategy, extended workforce service procurement management, in the vendor management, procurement, or supply chain areas.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and experience working with program management tools.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Effective leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced analytical skills to be able to extract insights from complex, disparate and often unstructured datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
