Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- 10 years of experience in people management.
- 10 years of experience in marketing for education/skilling.
- 10 years of experience managing operational go-to-market initiatives across multiple teams and global regions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with cloud marketing trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership.
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners on pivotal marketing programs and campaigns.
- Excellent business judgment, investigative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and present insights/recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
