Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience of manufacturing/process engineering.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in JMP and Minitab and knowledge of quality and statistical tools and methods.
  
• Bottom line project management experience including data handling, documentation, critical decision making and organization skills.
  
• Knowledge of VCMs/OIS/AF/Camera and their manufacturing and assembly processes. Expertise in a specific process automation, material, or industry.
  
• Familiar with process qualification in build phases (i.e., proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, MP). Excellent process engineering skills to develop and scale complex manufacturing and test processes.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
