Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in EMC or Electromagnetics, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience designing EMC solutions.
  
• Experience in PCB, system level EMC design, connector/cables, enclosure design, EMC debug techniques, and emissions and immunity testing.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in EMC or Electromagnetics.
  
• Experience in ElectroMagnetic predictive and simulation tools, and CST, ANSYS HFSS, ADS or similar.
  
• Knowledge of international EMC, RF regulations, standards (e.g., CISPR, IEC/EN, ETSI, ISO, FCC), and test methods.
  
• Knowledge of factors influencing EMC emissions/immunity, Radio Frequency (RF), desense, and mitigating techniques.
  
• Knowledge of wireless communication protocols, EMC and RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, etc.).
  
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
