Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in communications, including internal communications and executive communications.
  
• Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to work and maintain good judgement in fast-paced environments as well as ability to escalate appropriately.
  
• Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
  
• Ability to serve as an effective and supportive team player who can lead efforts across disciplines.
• Understanding of the Hong Kong media and social landscape. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  
• Excellent creative skills when developing appealing communications for press and social media.
