Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates will typically have 7 years of experience in business technology (enterprise software or cloud space).
  
• Typically 6 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
  
• Typically 4 years of experience in sales management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing and developing a team that carries and exceeds strategic business goals, supporting both business and career development.
  
• Experience starting a territory from scratch by understanding the security partner ecosystem.
  
• Knowledge of product, solution, and market trends in cybersecurity and cloud.
  
• Ability to build strong and continuous relationships, promoting to C-level executives across security and IT business units, and ensure customer success and adoption, leading to customer expansion.
  
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize business activity.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
