Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainable business or equivalent degree (e.g., biology, chemistry, economics, finance).
  • 8 years of experience in any of the following: Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Sustainability, Procurement, Operations or relevant areas.
  • Experience in procurement lifecycle including work in roles such as Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Sourcing, Supplier Management, Vendor Management, or Purchasing at a large global company.
  • Experience working in hardware, semiconductor, storage, memory, or related field.
  • Experience developing strategy and processes, and leading organizations through change. Experience implementing initiatives to improve sustainable manufacturing and/or operations.
