Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in supply planning or capacity planning, or managing Sales and Operations Planning processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in Analytics, SQL, and/or BigQuery.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) systems and tools.
- Experience in capacity planning.
- Experience in development and implementation of planning systems and processes.
- Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning processes.
