Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in supply chain operations in New Product Introduction (NPI), materials management, materials readiness, procurement, manufacturing, or supplier management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvement, tools, and governance.
- Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), fulfillment, shipment logistics, procurement, or lead time reduction (LTR).
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.
