Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience
  
• 7 years of experience in technical support, professional services, software development, or product operations management
  
• Experience reading or debugging code (Java, C, C++, .NET, Python, Shell, Perl, JavaScript)
  
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience advocating for customer needs
  
• Experience with business-to-business enterprise-grade support
  
• Experience as a system/network administrator working with Linux/Unix or other operating systems from Kernel to Shell, file systems, and client-server protocols
  
• Experience with any of the following IaaS solutions: system virtualization, on-premise and/or hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity and security system, cloud monitoring and logging, local and cloud storage
  
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes Frameworks and tools
  
• Knowledge of basic web technologies and networking fundamentals
