Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in telecommunications at carrier-class scale, including optical networks, Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM), IP, and data services.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience in coding and frameworks including SQL, R, Go, or Python.
- Experience defining system or process requirements, building, integrating, and/or delivering layer 1, layer 2, or layer 3 network systems.
- Experience in financial business/project budget creation and cost-benefit analysis.
- Knowledge of internal forecasting and planning tools such as WAND, Tetralight, DENS.
- Knowledge of IP transit/peering, dark fiber, colocation, optical transport, and cloud technologies and industry processes.
