- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, relationship management, and consultative promoting.
- 3 years of experience in a commerce media or other advertising technology.
- Experience with agreement negotiation, enterprise promotion, and managing partner relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
- Understanding of the commerce media industry, key platforms and trends, and online advertising ecosystem.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and work with little or no guidance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt complex technical product aspects and develop data-driven recommendations and action plans.
- Excellent relationship-building skills at executive-level and with multiple stakeholders.
