Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of field sales experience in the technology industry, promoting Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
- 5 years of experience leading a team of managers. Experience with coaching and developing team members.
- Experience in managing business and commercial models while leading organizational transformations and delivering on long- and short-term results.
Preferred qualifications:
- Technical depth and experience in cloud computing.
- Solid C-level engagement and network.
- Track record of sales success.
- Ability to quickly understand products and effectively identify how it can provide value to a prospective customer.
