Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in advertising, sales, sales strategy and operations, or relevant industries.
- Experience managing relationships with executive stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience leading and coaching a team to meet goals.
- Experience working with digital advertising product activation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with advertising agencies on digital product adoption or digital transformation.
- Experience managing and coaching sellers, particularly in digital advertising sales.
- Experience working with advertising agencies, including experience in sales, client-side, or at an agency.
- Experience developing and managing seller incentive programs.
- Familiarity with Google Advertising products, including Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with the agency business model, particularly working with SMB advertisers.
