Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience in program management.
  
• 7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in product development and management in the Networking domain.
  
• 10 years of networking (WAN, Edge, routing protocols) work experience.
  
• 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
  
• 7 years of supervisory experience.
  
• Experience driving technical programs in network deployment/engineering, product design, network content delivery or data center networking within telecommunications or Internet industries.
