<h3>Minimum qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience<br> </li> <li>Experience managing or leading data center design and development for construction<br> </li> <li>Experience with leading technical and project development decisions based on full infrastructure stack optimizations and total cost of ownership<br> </li> </ul> <br><h3>Preferred qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Experience driving work with outside design consultants on new data center designs from concept, design, to construction documents<br> </li> <li>Experience with developing global basis of design, leveraging reconfigurable interfaces to deliver tech insertion and regional design variances<br> </li> <li>Knowledge of construction methodologies and timelines<br> </li> <li>Ability to provide impact assessments based on deviations<br> </li> </ul>
