Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a problem-solving environment (e.g., financial planning and analysis, business analytics, management consulting, or investment banking).
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams by providing good business acumen.
  
• Experience in problem-solving, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive insights.
  
• Ability to communicate and engage with the executive management team.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and technical (e.g., Financial Modeling, SQL, Data Viz) skills working with large volumes of complex data.
