<h3>Minimum qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.<br> </li> <li>4 years of experience working in a Hardware Engineering technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.<br> </li> <li>4 years of experience using software for hardware interfacing and data analysis.<br> </li> <li>Experience communicating data to other scientists and engineers.<br> </li> </ul> <br><h3>Preferred qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>3 years of experience calibrating qubit systems.<br> </li> <li>Experience in project and/or people management.<br> </li> <li>Experience with superconducting qubits.<br> </li> <li>Experience working in a collaborative software environment (e.g., version control, code review, style guides).<br> </li> <li>Experience working with Python.<br> </li> </ul>
