Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience leading strategic negotiations and business development.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading negotiations, business development, government engagement and/or real estate development of industrial-scale projects in the Americas.
- Experience with any of the following: build-to-suit development, site selection projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, partnering or managing utility contracts or telecommunications infrastructure.
- Familiarity with the various real estate markets in North and South America including having an established network and understanding the market and dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with awareness of the objectives of stakeholder groups and partner teams.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and partner a wide array of issues, solutions, and products, as needed.
