Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience creating online marketing and advertising strategies, recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership clients to create value for their business plans.
  • Experience working in performance driven ads ecosystem or other performance marketing solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Industry knowledge in Beauty and Healthcare, Automotive, Sports, Consumer Brands, Finance, or Telco.
  • Ability to influence clients and markets and build strong client relationships.
  • Understanding of the market and it’s key developments of the last years for omnichannel and pure players.
  • Problem solving skills to break down complex problems into bite-sized pieces, motivating a team to support and execute on it.

About the job

Client Solutions is part of the Sales organization and is building the bridge between Sales and Product Engineering. We are responsible for enabling the Sales teams to create, pitch, and execute clients solutions. In addition, we are working on complex and transformational client projects.

In this role, you will be a key player in a high-visibility environment within Google. As a senior team member in performance advertising, you will make a difference in our team and for our customers helping them to maximize their advertising performance. You will become an expert of the highly relevant performance sales team, and work cross-functionally within to deliver impactful solutions to advertisers to transform their digital media.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner to develop and lead Google’s Central Europe product strategy and execution with clients ensuring their success in the Future of Performance Marketing using the Google suite of performance-based marketing tools (Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube).
  • Partner with Sales, and various stakeholders to drive client success with your product expertise. Provide expert product knowledge in Performance Marketing (EMEA and globally). Focus on high-impact programs and localize strategy content across Central European markets.
  • Partner across regional and global product management teams to roll out best-in-class products in Central Europe. Use analytical skills to review and interpret business growth and key KPI developments and compare them to existing strategies and business plans.
  • Combine product knowledge, insights, and feedback from Sales and clients to conceptualize, pitch, and execute on solutions that drive clients success.
