Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space.
  • Experience with people management within a quota-carrying team.
  • Experience working with engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and accompanying plans for implementation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI/Generative AI and Contact Center AI (CCAI) offerings.
  • Experience in growing and scaling sales organizations in a leadership role.
  • Experience working with and managing partners in implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed technology into product sets.
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in Contact Center AI (CCAI).

In this role, you will be responsible for growing the Artificial Intelligence (AI) business by building and leading a team working to deploy AI Customer Experience solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$232,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop, advance, and resolve business pipelines, Contact Center AI (CCAI) bookings, and business growth. Oversee the creation of strategic account plans, including a broader enterprise plan across key verticals.
  • Develop talent to build scale and influence long-term strategic direction for new and existing customers.
  • Create alignment across multiple functions: Marketing, Customer Engineer Managers, Partners, Field Solutions Architects, and AI Product Engineers.
  • Own relationships with customers and manage teams focused on executive engagements coupled with scale and growth opportunities.
  • Support sellers to build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Subject Matter Expert, as well as assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions.
