Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with discretion sensitive materials and managing confidential information.
- Experience in customer-facing role.
- Experience working in Salesforce.
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent activities.
- Excellent customer/user service and communication skills.
About the job
As a Mandiant Consulting Business Agreements Support Specialist, you will contribute and support an operations team that maintains operational excellence and provides key metrics for Mandiant’s consulting practice. You will gain experience in customer-facing roles, agreement negotiation, consulting/professional services operations, using Salesforce, reporting, analytics, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities for the Mandiant Consulting organization, including creating Statement Of Work (SOW) and other agreement documents, assisting with gathering information for customer onboarding requirements, working with sales and consultants to resolve pricing/scoping issues, and liaising with customers and partners in negotiations.
- Assist with governance related activities that help the consulting organization become more efficient.
- Identify process or system improvements, work with management and other teams to implement recommended changes.
- Assist in the creation of reports for the Mandiant Consulting organization related to efficiency of pre-sales activities.
