- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with learning design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- Experience driving change and change management.
- Experience working on a global team across different time zones and cultures and designing for global audiences.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and conducting root cause needs analyses that map behavioral objectives to business outcomes.
- Knowledge of universal design principles.
- Excellent project management skills.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Mastery team develops and delivers product and skills training to Google sales and services teams, and external client and agency partners. The team builds learning experiences for key audiences. The team is made up of learning professionals, sales and marketing leaders, and former consultants and analysts who launch and iterate learning programs while balancing key pillars of knowledge, skills, and disciplined practice to help audiences thrive.
In this role, you’ll be a key driver in aligning technology with innovative learning design standards, ensuring seamless integration across platforms like AI, and more. You’ll collaborate with the Learning Solutions (LS) community and global stakeholders to analyze needs, solve challenges, and shape the tech roadmap, prioritizing impactful solutions that deliver positive learning experiences.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Learning Solutions community to gather feedback and conduct feasibility studies with the Tech team, influencing the tech roadmap.
- Iterate and refine learning standards and their technical configurations across Mastery products to meet community needs.
- Prioritize, build, and launch solutions that address the needs of the community, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Own and manage communications with the regarding technology offerings, feature releases, and changes to standards, including data reporting.
- Act as the technical enabler for content maintenance and establish a framework for ongoing content audits to ensure content integrity.
