- Experience in program management.
- Experience in privacy, security, or relevant fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Audit.
- Experience in assurance.
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional controls within tech or global companies.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional partner teams.
- Ability to analyze inputs, synthesize key attributes, and recommend or deliver effective recommendations and outcomes.
- Excellent project management, verbal, and written communication skills.
About the job
In this role, you will define strategy for controls testing and monitoring, conduct risk assessments, and have the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders across Regulatory Affairs, Internal Audit, Legal, and Product. You will ensure that the organization complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Support execution of assurance programs for domains such as planning, execution, reporting, and the development and continued optimization of program processes and practices.
- Support the design and execution of controls testing and monitoring efforts to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and report risks. Prepare and present assurance related activities to internal and external executives and stakeholders.
- Identify and document control deficiencies, and manage the remediation of issues and risk reviews.
- Partner with other teams in Global Affairs, product areas, and functions to ensure a comprehensive approach to compliance.
