Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
- 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Expertise in campaign management for Google Ads (e.g. Search), YouTube, Search Ads 360, or other search engine marketing (SEM) platforms are an asset.
- Ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance.
- Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple solutions, supported by internal teams.
About the job
In this role, you will own the Search or YouTube advertising strategy for key clients across the entire business cycle for clients supported in German-speaking markets. You will drive Search or YouTube Excellence with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams through pitching and activating new products to drive performance and spend, with a specialism of solutions and our clients business objectives, you will advise on growing the business and maximizing return on the marketing investment. You will also act as an advisor and consultant who works across functions and alongside global teams, as well as a client advocate within Google.

Responsibilities
- Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools, in preparation to offer the best solution for our clients business issues.
- Dive into the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic full funnel strategy to drive performance and the right investment.
- Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short-term and long-term account growth.
- Drive conversations on measurement and attribution (along with the Measurement and Attribution specialists) of Search or Video media.
- Manage a book of business, working across the business cycle with in-country teams (e.g., plan, pitch, implement, and optimize).
