Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical business).
  • Experience managing projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.
  • Excellent project management and strategic thinking skills.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will lead the charge by developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our Web Sellside products, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will be an advocate for our publishers, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value by deeply understanding their needs and the challenges they face.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and shape product strategy.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams to drive product development, incorporate market feedback, and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans encompassing lead generation, business enablement, marketing campaigns, and customer communication.
  • Drive global alignment and adapt to local market nuances through collaboration with regional and in-country teams.
  • Contribute to the overall product goal and roadmap, working alongside product and business leadership to define priorities and drive growth.
