Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently in order to coach promoters internally and interact with customers externally.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions, with effective project management skills.
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Excellent thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Within the wider Product and Sales Activation (PSA) organization, the regional EMEA PSA team is made up of Regional Product Leads building strategies to effectively transfer product knowledge to GCS promoters, sales leadership and activate the largest business opportunities. Our teams are organized by Program (MMS, Agency, Scaled) and Product area (Automation/AI, Measurement and Video) allowing for product expertise.

In this role, you will be a key partner to sales teams and leadership, helping them to promote our products more effectively, and advocate for the customer helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure it meets the needs of our customers both large and small.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.
