Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with Java.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related technical field.
- Experience implementing, customizing and integrating third-party applications within, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, or similar industries.
- Ability to participate in multiple full system implementation life cycles (i.e., analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).
- Excellent people management, communication, and problem solving skills, with a demonstrable bias toward action.

You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional specs/prototypes as input. You are empowered to act like an owner, take action and innovate to meet user and customer needs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Write clear, modular, well-structured, and self-sustaining codes, and develop overall systems design, research, and evaluate vendor supplied applications, and develop recommendations on those applications.
- Help design, build, and deploy internal business applications to support Google’s technology lifecycle, collaboration and spaces, service delivery management, and data and business intelligence.
- Conduct and oversee testing of application modules to ensure application meets specifications and collaborate with analysts and business process owners within one or more teams to help translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design, develop and run systems that automate Alphabet’s supply chain.
- Integrate our systems with Alphabet’s internal systems and third-party logistics providers outside of Alphabet.
