Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in business, Go-To-Market, or commercialization related functions.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience with Ads measurement or Attribution.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with influencing executive-level managers and sellers both in and outside Google via 1-1 and 1-many format, and devise and scale a strategy.
- Ability to understand and adapt to the motivations of different stakeholder groups.
- Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, and present them in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional boundaries.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills.
About the job
In this role, you will help to scale Measurement product adoption across the Americas region by directly working with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sellers and customers. You will influence executive business stakeholders, work cross-functionally to direct the product activation strategy for GCS business programs. You will influence cross-functional teams while building and delivering the best Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for the product area.
You will lead the activation of Measurement products for customers goals. You will advocate for the needs, opportunities, and gaps that GCS customers experience with our product teams. You will equip promoters with the right knowledge, resources, market insights, and tools to drive customer success and product adoption growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Consult with sellers and customers to identify opportunities associated with potential business growth and develop holistic measurement solutions for their business and marketing challenges.
- Advise customer partners on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement and attribution. Help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives.
- Work with Business and Analytics teams to interpret and contextualize the study results showing Google’s impact to customers.
- Address clients concerns and defend budgets by providing alternative solutions to sustain confidence in Google.
- Justify budget increase by simplifying complexity of customer journey to properly credit Google contribution across to broader online marketing efforts.
