Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in business partnership and account management roles.
- 5 years of customer-facing experience.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships and delivering programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing contingent workforce strategies and initiatives across functions.
- Experience in vendor management and understanding on how to drive business impact.
- Experience with working with and managing partners in complex programs.
- Ability to cultivate global partnerships, aligning stakeholders towards strategic initiatives with regional/global impact.

gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers Product Areas (PAs) to optimize outsourced operations while reducing risks and driving efficiency through the enforcement of Google best practices and policies. We advocate for informed decision-making, ensuring our partners find the right talent in the right locations. Our collaboration across Google leads to streamlined processes, minimizing administrative burdens and optimizing the extended workforce (xW) experience. We ensure Google's policies and guidelines are consistently adhered to.
As a Product Area Business Partner, you will partner with stakeholders to mandate extended workforce (xWF) policies and guidelines, drive cross-functional Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and mitigate risk. Identify obstacles to policy adoption across Product Areas (PAs), promoting company-wide best practices to enhance operational success. An understanding of PA business objectives is important, along with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders across Google to drive goal achievement while prioritizing compliance and cost optimization.
You will understand the business goals and regularly engage with senior stakeholders across a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team to ensure adherence to Google best practices.

Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with senior PA decision-makers and collaborate with Product Excellence(PE) team members on Director-level engagement, gaining an understanding of their strategic priorities within Product Areas and Bets.
- Have knowledge in Contingent/Extended Workforce menu of services, support PAs, xWF strategy by enabling cost effective recommendations and compliance to xWS policies.
- Develop a deep understanding of the PA’s business objectives, operating model, structure, business demand vs. staffing capacity needs and is capable of educating the xWS team with ongoing strategic insight to unlock additional opportunities for economies of scale.
- Navigate internally across xWS specialist teams, Finance, Google Procurement Organization (gPO) and other organizations to align on how best to service Google PAs extended workforce needs.
- Orchestrate change management within PAs to support multiple, large-scale xWS deployments. Consult leads on xWS policies and impact analysis.
