Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate of the highest level of secondary school.
- Academic grades in the average of 4.5 or higher.
- Completed Multicheck (Wirtschaft & Administration)
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, to interact with stakeholders and schools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Interest in data and awareness of digital trends
- Strong analytical skills and interconnected thinking
- Organizational talent with great presentation and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm and passion for new technologies and tools, demonstrated through personal projects and interest in learning new skills
- Intention to pursue the Berufsmaturitätsschule (BM1) during the apprenticeship
- Have authorization to work in Switzerland
About the job
A professional team of vocational trainers (Berufsbildner:innen) will guide and support you during your 4-year apprenticeship with Google. After an onboarding period, you will be fully engaged in existing and new projects that will challenge you and lay the foundation for a successful future as a Digital Business Developer.
Embedded in our Global Business and Sales teams, you will focus on structuring and developing improved digital processes and models. You will analyze, interpret, and visualize data to enhance understanding. You will also communicate your findings and ideas effectively to others. You will rotate through various teams, each with different specializations, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse roles in this rapidly evolving field.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes to develop optimization proposals
- Understand and incorporate cultural, ethical, and diverse perspectives to create suitable and inclusive solutions
- Analyze data and interpret results
- Develop high quality visualizations and presentations for your target audience
- Collaborate in projects, coordinate workflows, and engage with internal subject matter experts. Support the implementation of digital solutions by creating training materials and user documentation.
