Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience managing security technology projects from evaluation to design and execution.
- Experience with Physical Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Case Management, Video Management, PSIM, IT Networking, Construction/Architecture, and no-code development platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in technology delivery, design and execution within Physical/Cyber Security industries with PSP, CPP, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification.
- Experience with AppSheet or Firebase for product prototyping, development, delivery, and sustainment.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform core services, including Compute Engine and Cloud Storage, for deploying and managing applications and data.
- Experience administering, troubleshooting, configuring, and auditing Enterprise Linux and Windows operating systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills and ability to take initiative while building cross-functional relationships.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Work with internal clients, cross-functional partners, and Engineering teams to deliver technology against physical security strategies with a focus on scalable growth, automation, risk management, and business process improvement.
- Execute the build of prototype technology solutions through codeless tooling available across the enterprise technology stack, translating user requirements, developing user stories, lab testing and creating project, rollout and communications plans.
- Identify and track changing business conditions in Google and relevant industries to evolve security strategies and related products for stakeholders, conducting research and delivering reports to guide strategic product decisions across peer teams.
- Manage confidential information and safeguard company intellectual property.
