Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in sales or sales enablement.
- Experience in training needs identification, developing, and executing sales enablement programs.
- Experience working with enterprise sales and Go-To-Market processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Customer Support, etc.).
- Experience building enablement content for GTM sellers.
- Experience in a technology/SaaS environment, global system integrator or public cloud provider.
- Experience in developing structured plans and executing them.
- Knowledge of a cloud technology platform.

As part of the Google Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team and reporting to the head of Business Momentum, the Business Enablement Program Manager will be focused on prioritizing, designing and executing enablement programs for all GTM sellers that helps drive the Business Enablement global priorities. This entails managing programs that span across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) product and solution areas, industry and technical competency building, and the standardized operational rhythm of business.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. - Build stakeholder relationships and collaboration across Global and Regional teams to drive sales enablement best practices in the Google Cloud Sales organization.
- Define the focus areas, translating them into initiatives and driving their execution globally.
- Map a persona based view of seller enablement needs, leading the development of curriculum for in-person, e-learning, and other assets for sales and technical excellence and overview trainings.
- Empower sellers to smoothly interface with all sales content and tools.
- Coordinate best practices, simplify, and accelerate regional enablement to help sellers navigate Google Cloud and drive the opportunity effectively.
