Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience in executive-level stakeholder management, and managing executive engagements across different levels of the business.
- 3 years of experience developing business strategies, or managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA.
- Experience in commercial strategy, procurement, consultative sales/partnerships, operation delivery, or risk and compliance for a complex organization.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- Experience generating insights from analysis on large data sets to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, aspiring topics and turn them into narratives for different audiences.

gTech’ s Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team enables Alphabet to effectively and efficiently scale their extended workforce operations while managing risk. Our goal is to enable our partners to make informed decisions to put the right talent in the right locations to deliver the best possible outcomes for their business needs. Our partnership with teams across Google aims to provide an excellent user experience and minimize administrative burden throughout the process. We assist with planning and strategy, and provide tools to support Alphabet in managing their Extended Workforce (xWF) infrastructure. We strike a balance between optimising extended workforce engagements and making sure all policies and guidelines pertaining to contingent work are followed.
In this role, you will partners with the xWS Global VP and leadership team to support seamless and smooth business operations and organisational management, and strategies the future of xWF management for Alphabet. We work with our stakeholders to determine and execute on the priorities including overall strategy, engagement with internal and external partners and cross functional teams, commercial priorities and Alphabet-wide programs.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own complex, cross functional tactical initiatives for xWS.
- Identify and structure business issues and efficiently communicate core issues.
- Gather data and conduct analyses supporting in-going hypotheses and generate actionable insights.
- Engage and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners, obtain buy-in for potential solutions, adapt messaging and suggest recommendations based on feedback.
- Develop recommendations and translate them to projects and initiatives.
