Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working on first-party data, data privacy with legal, IT teams, regulatory and compliance teams in various organizations.
  • Experience in consultative sales.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently in order to interact
    in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of data collection, integration and activation in media platforms and privacy implications (e.g. website analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) onboarding, conversion tracking and import, audience management, consent management)), first and third-party Cookies.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Marketing Platforms including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manage, and Tagging systems.
  • Knowledge of Cloud offering (e.g. Big Query, Vertex Artificial Intelligence (AI), Looker etc.)).
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and change.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence across different levels and various audience sizes.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will support our Business teams and solutions specialists to resolve blockers with customers in using Google’s Ads privacy products and solutions and to identify best solutions to integrate first party data (1pd) to improve the teams performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback on Ads privacy regulations and Google’s corresponding solutions, contractual terms and compliance processes.
  • Support Business and Specialist teams in Italy to resolve data integration and address regulatory and compliance blockers on pitches of Google's privacy-centric advertising solutions (e.g. Consent Mode, Enhanced conversions, Customer Match, Privacy Sandbox).
  • Drive industry knowledge and trust towards how Google protects user privacy in its advertising platforms.
  • Partner with Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to scale product adoption to enforce the first party data (1pd) strategy of Italian large customers.
  • Lead scaled outreach on Ads privacy in the region.
