Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with Databases, Web Technologies, Machine Learning, AI or Cloud Foundations (e.g., cloud computing) through certifications, internships, coursework, or similar.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting customers in one of the following: cloud operations (e.g., launch and capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
- Experience translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans.
- Experience in customer service, communication, or leadership.
- Understanding of one of the following: IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems, or content delivery networks.
- Ability to adapt the message to stakeholders and present technical materials.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, or troubleshooting skills.
About the job
The gReach Learner Program is a paid upskilling program for recent university graduates and early-career industry candidates with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects for one year. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.
As a gReach Associate, you will grow as professionals through the learning experience at Google. To get familiar with Google’s tools, technology, and culture, you will acquire fundamental and on-the-job training experience, and be assigned to a role. You will work on one large project, complete smaller projects, or do the day-to-day work to support the business. You will closely work with team members who will help identify project goals. You will contribute to the business, collaborate with others, and have the opportunity to add long-lasting value beyond the conclusion of the gReach program.

Responsibilities
- Help build creative solutions to challenging customer needs using Google Cloud. Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Collaborate with customers and other Googlers to manage and drive successful adoption of Google Cloud. Help develop recommendations for solution architectures and consulting services.
- Guide customers through the entire innovation lifecycle, building strategic roadmaps and driving achievement of key milestones.
- Solve customers' operational issues through problem solving and technical troubleshooting, while working with internal teams to drive resolution. Help customers get answers to product questions.
